Tips & Tricks against Acne

I personally was affected by Acne and tried for so long to counteract it but without any success... I felt so unhappy, couldn't take a look at the mirror nor wanted anybody to see me like this. Now that I finally found a way to get rid of it I wanted to share it with you! Cause I guess there are some more people out there, who are affected and I don't want them to have the same fate as me xD

First of all there are some different kinds of acne. I'm gonna introduce you to Hormonal Acne & Severe/Acute Acne. You need to know, which kind you are affected by to choose the correct treatment.

Hormonal Acne

The genesis of hormonal acne are primarily hormonal imbalances. Your body produces a lot of androgens which influence your metabolism and other processes. This results in oily skin, larger pores an other stuff, especially in the T-zone area and the U-zone area.
following u find some causes of that imbalance:

- Period
- Emotinal/Physical stress
- Sleep Deprivation
- Bad Diet or unhealthy nutrition

Tips:

1. RELEASE STRESS AND ANGER

Excersising is a great way to release stress, to forget about everything, to be for yourself and to do something good to your body. For those lazy people out there, don't worry there are also other ways for example listening to relaxing or happy music to think of things which make u happy or just doing things u like :)

2. GET ENOUGH SLEEP
Your Body needs time time regenerate itself so give it that time

3. EAT HEALTHY
Junk Food and Sugar makes you tired and grumpy and also produce more insolin. Give it a try and eat healthier. Instead of taking a lot of carbs eat more albuminous things, like egg, tomato, vegetables, fruits, fish, meat is also allowed and super good just take less sauce ;)
milk is full of hormones that remain in the blood stream so try to control the quantity of milk products u eat. :) if u can't resist milk just try soya-milk!

4. LET YOUR SKIN BE & BREATH
Try to avoid using those drug-store cleanser. They're irritating your skin and are full of aggressive chemicals.
Also let your skin breath and don't use creams, foundation and such things which only clog ur pores.

Severe/Acute Acne

People who are affected by acute acne have pimples around their hairline and "beard-zone area" which reach really deep in more than one skin layer and feel hard and solid. They suffer from a sebaceous gland overproduction. This is a recognized disease an can be treated!

Tips:

The BEST way to treat this kind of acne ist really to contact a dermatologist! Don't feel ashamed, he has seen much worse things, believe me ;) this will be a save and I'm pretty sure working way to get rid of it.

Mine prescribed me pills which regularize
my sebaceous gland production with isotretinoin. After a few months your metabolism works different and produces less sebum and that even after the deduction of the pills.
It depends on ur weight which quantity u need to take.If u want to know more about it, how it works and what it exactly does contact a dermatologist or read here some more information :)

Additional I'm using this Skin-Care products to treat the superficial pimples It's a tested cleansing milk
which isn't aggressive or even excessive. Perfectly for sensitive skin. To the milk, I got a suitable moisturizer, cuz the isoterinoin is drying out ur skin (yay less oily noses and less hair washing a dream for nearly every woman xD)
And I'm using a "scar-cream", but thats optional cuz it's more a chinese-medicin thing. :)

And as a last thing.... STOP using cleanser from drug stores! It's just irritating ur skin even more. Also try to stop using foundation, powder and creams. Your skin needs to breath. (Or if u can't let it be, just don't forget to remove it every
